Brand Overview
Plaswell is SPVC's dedicated UPVC brand. It was developed by SPVC to fill a gap in the Thai market: the lack of a well-certified, complete UPVC brand at an accessible price point. Many suppliers offered either premium imported UPVC systems or uncertified low-cost alternatives, with little available in between. SPVC built Plaswell to close that gap, offering a genuinely high-grade UPVC system, covering sheets, pipes, fittings, angle bars, and welding rods, backed by real certification and testing, at a price suited to everyday industrial projects across Thailand. Despite its added strength, UPVC can be fabricated and installed just like standard PVC, so switching to Plaswell doesn't mean changing how a project is worked.

About Plaswell UPVC
UPVC (unplasticized PVC) differs from standard PVC in one key aspect: it contains no plasticizers, the additives that make regular PVC softer and more flexible. Without them, UPVC is more rigid, mechanically stronger, and chemically inert, since plasticizers in standard PVC can react with or degrade from certain acids and solvents over time, while UPVC's pure composition resists that breakdown. This makes it the preferred material for structural and industrial applications, tanks, ducting, and pressure piping, where standard PVC would be too soft or prone to degradation. Plaswell UPVC is manufactured to the KS M ISO 11833-1 standard and complies with RoHS, using environmentally friendly stabilizers. Independent testing confirms minimal reaction to strong acids and bases, a UL94 V-0 fire rating (the highest self-extinguishing classification for plastics), effective electrical insulation, and resistance to cracking during cutting, drilling, and welding, with reliable performance across a standard 0-60°C range.

Plaswell's product range includes UPVC sheets in grey, dark grey, and ivory (sizes up to 1220 x 2440 mm, thicknesses from 2 mm to 50 mm depending on color and size), UPVC welding rods, and UPVC angle bars.
